Follow the Wallensteen trail to Wallensteen lake for a great place to stop for break and enjoy the beauty of the lake.

Nav Canada Radar Site nick-named the Soccer Ball sits on top of Mount Wallensteen. A great place to catch views on all directions. 1800m (5905 feet) elevation.

This cozy little warm up cabin can be found on the far end of the China Valley trail. Great place to have lunch before continuing on the trails.

Another great place to have a break and take in the view of the lake. Please have caution for thin ice during milder winters.

Near Kernaghan Lake the trail deaks up north off the mail trail (Bobcat) to a handy Emergency Hut. It's always good to know where these huts are in the case you need them one day. Thin ice is always a risk when playing on or near lakes.

The summit of Fly Hills, at 1,636 metres of elevation. The trees up here turn to snow ghosts after a good snow storm. Great views in all directions, fun trail to get there! 1700m (5577 feet) elevation.

After the main intersection heading down Wallensteen trail, there is an entrance on the right that heads up to a beautiful cut block that gives you beautiful views of the Shuswap Lake.

The view at Tappen Towers is breathtaking, and the overgrown trail to get there is a fun ride. 1500m (4920 feet) elevation.

At the far south of the trail system you will find an emergency hut, stocked with wood if you should ever be of need. We find the southern trails have deeper snow!
